It was in the same group as Kai Ting. Our trainer was Hamil. I was very fun but tiring. I was exhausted and slept like a pig that night. I learnt a lot and had a chance to debrief.

If u r unhappy about anything, tell us ace 2 face in a civilised way and we can sort it out. But if u come annoymous and try to criticise us, I have no choice. I will always be waiting for you at the flag pole during recess time, everyday until u come. I am not scared of u. You think u scare us with ur lame remarks, then u r WRONG.
